The Best Beverage Cart Doesn’t Move

A beverage cart chases golfers. We flipped it: the trailer parked on a stretch of the course every group passed, and the golfers came to us. Carts rolled up two at a time all afternoon, players grabbed a cold can through the serving window, and the round never slowed. On a July day in New Jersey, a full bar sitting under its own shade with wells of ice was the most popular stop on the course.

A Board Built For Pace Of Play

Outing service is a different discipline from a wedding bar. Nobody garnishes a drink for a foursome with a group on the tee behind them, so the board ran grab-and-go: Miller Lite and Coors Light on ice, Sun Cruisers and spiked lemonades for the seltzer crowd, and cold water for the smart ones. A Thank You Golfers sign with a QR code sat on the rail so players could follow the bar before their next swing, and the tip jar filled up steadily as the day went on.

Grass Placement, Zero Hookups

The course did not have to run a single cord. The trailer parked on grass, leveled on its jacks, and worked the entire round on onboard battery power and running water, with backup coolers staged behind it. That self sufficiency is why the trailer can set up beside a tee box or at the turn instead of being chained to the clubhouse patio, and it is the same reason it works in a backyard with no outlet in sight.

Eighteen Holes Of Foot Traffic

Course placement is its own little science. The trailer sat where the route of play bent past it, close enough that every group saw the open awnings from the fairway, far enough that nobody’s backswing had an audience. From the serving window the view ran straight down the course, which meant the bartenders could see thirsty foursomes coming three shots away.

Book The Turn

Golf outings, charity scrambles, and company golf days are exactly what the trailer was built to bolt onto: a destination bar that appears on the course for a day and leaves no trace. Our corporate events page covers how outing bookings work, and if your organization plays anywhere between Princeton and the shore towns around Toms River, your course is in range.

Golf Outing Questions

Yes, and it is one of the trailer’s best placements. It parks on grass alongside the route of play, runs entirely on onboard battery power and water, and needs no cords, hoses, or clubhouse hookups. Golfers roll up by cart, grab a drink, and play on.
This outing ran a grab-and-go can lineup on ice: Miller Lite, Coors Light, Sun Cruisers, and spiked lemonades, plus water. Cans move a foursome through in under a minute, which matters when the next group is already on the tee behind them.
Wherever the outing wants the drink stop: beside a tee box, at the turn, or on a stretch every group passes. A Thank You Golfers sign with a QR code sat on the rail so players could follow the bar before their next shot.
Absolutely. Outings are a natural fit for the trailer, and we coordinate directly with the course on placement and insurance. See the corporate events page or call (908) 481-5819 with your outing date.
