About This Site

This website is provided by Compass Mobile Bar ("we," "us") for informational purposes: describing our mobile bar services and letting you request availability for your event. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Inquiries Are Not Bookings

Submitting the inquiry form does not reserve a date or create a contract. Event bookings are confirmed separately, directly with us, under the terms we agree on together (including any deposit and service agreement).

Alcohol Service

Compass Mobile Bar provides bar equipment, staffing, and beverage service. Alcohol for events is purchased by the client. All service is provided in accordance with applicable New Jersey law, and alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest consistent with responsible service practices.

Site Content

All content on this site, including text, photographs, and branding, belongs to Compass Mobile Bar and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission. Content is provided "as is" for general information; details such as offerings and availability may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Mobile Bar is not liable for damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
