Three Events In, And Counting
We could tell you Monmouth County is in our service area. It is more honest to show you. In May the trailer worked a progressive house crawl through Manasquan, following chalk arrows from yard to yard. In June we leveled the trailer in the lot of a Howell fire hall and poured a heat ladder of jalapeño and habanero cocktails for a birthday crowd. In July, Manasquan called us back for a street block party with cocktails named after the street.
Three events, three very different setups: tight shore streets, a rented hall parking lot, and a closed residential block. That range is the real qualification for county work, because Monmouth County events are not one thing. A Rumson estate wedding, a Belmar beach house birthday, and a Freehold corporate party each ask a different question of the trailer, and we like all three questions.
